- Local and Internet Email setup and troubleshooting
- Public folder creation and maintenance
- Fire Wall Administration
- User permissions and maintenance of Internet access and troubleshooting with Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Help Desk Support and Logging
- Troubleshooting of user problems with login, printing, hardware or software as needed
- All user requests will be entered into a Help Desk logging system and prioritized
- Software Maintenance
- Installation of upgrades and/or updates of all the Firms software
- Backup Maintenance
- Verification and routine checking of all backup procedures
- Remote Access Server Administration
- Setup and maintenance of remote users computers for dial-in purposes
- Workstation Setup
- Relocation of users computers
- Adding or modification of components
