A discounted hourly-rate (minimum of 20 hours paid up-front). This covers your labor only and guarantees that a technician will be there the same day you place a service call if the problem can not be resolved via phone support or remote access.

Full Blanket Service Agreement
This is our flagship product. This service avoids finger pointing and headaches for people in management positions with very little knowledge of computer networks and provides a fix cost for all your services.

Block of Time
This guarantees that when you call us, we will be there the same day to take care of the hardware/software problems if we cannot resolve the problem via phone support or remote access.
The way this works is simple: You purchase this block of time and pay in advance. You receive a discounted rate depending on the amount of hours purchased then every time you need service, you call our 800 number. Your account will be debited for time spent working on your problem. Your account is also debited for travel time if we have to go on-site. If parts are required to correct a problem, you will be billed separately. When your account reaches 75% used time, our accounting department will contact you to replenish the account.
